- 4 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

OR

- 3 cups of water
- 2 cups whole milk

AND

- 1tsp of salt
- ½ cup of butter
- 6 cups of Betty Crocker Potato Buds
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 2½ cups of flour

Directions:

Follow the instructions on the box and cook Betty Crocker Potato Buds

Beat butter, cream, salt, and sugar, into potatoes. Let cool until room temperature

Stir in flour to mixture. Pull off pieces of the dough and roll into walnut size balls

Lightly flour and roll out to ⅛ thickness

Cook on a 400º griddle until bubbles have formed and each side has browned.

Place on a damp towel to cool slightly, then cover with a damp towel until ready to serve.
