6 oz Tilapia Raw
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Lemon Wedge
1 Medium Tomato, sliced
Medium Red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to High. Brush tilapia with 1 tsp. oil, and sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and paprika. Grill tilapia for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place tomato and onion in a medium serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese. Mix the apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp. oil together and drizzle over the tomato and onion. Place tilapia on a serving plate and garnish with parsley and lemon, serve with salad on the side.
