16 oz sauerkraut (drained)
12 oz sliced corned beef
2 c (8 oz) shredded swiss cheese
c mayonnaise
c thousand island dressing
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 T butter, melted
c pumpernickel or rye bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Use an oval dish & place sauerkraut on bottom. Top with corned beef and then cheese. Mix together mayonnaise and thousand island dressing, and spread over cheese. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Place tomato slices on top of thousand island dressing mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over tomatoes. Microwave uncovered on medium heat 12-14 minutes or until hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
