7-10 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
4 Tblsp butter
4 Tblsp flou
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half and half
salt and pepper to taste
7-10 slices of Swiss cheese
herbed stuffing mix (1 small bos)
oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter, add the flour, stir well and add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup chicken broth all at once and the half and half. Stir on high heat until thick and bubbling. Lay breasts in 9 by 13 pan or baking dish. Salt and pepper, lightly. Sprinkle oregano over chicken, pour sauce over all. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Take out of oven and put slices of Swiss cheese over chicken. Mix 3/4 cup stuffing mix in 4 more Tblsp melted butter. Put over chicken mixture and bake for 15 more minutes.
