2 cups pickling salt
24 cups water
8 cups white vinegar (NOT pickling)
Cucumbers
Garlic cloves
Fresh dill
Alum

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pickling salt, water, and vinegar. Pour over cucumbers that are washed and packed into sterile jars with garlic, fresh dill, and tsp alum. Cook at 250 for 20 minutes. Carefully remove and let sit, undisturbed, until completely cool and the lids have "popped". Store in cool room.

110 lbs cucumbers = 108 jars of pickles (12 garlic cloves, 14 L vinegar, 2 boxes of salt (5 kg), 4 - 65 g alum)
