1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in mixing bowl. Make hole in middle. Add all ingredients. Stir with fork until all flour is mixed in. (will be greasy) Refrigerate overnight.

Roll in walnut size balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes.
