1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Large Tub Cool Whip
2 Sm. Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 1/2 Cups Milk
1 1/4 lb. Oreo Cookies

Filling:
Cream Together - Cream Cheese & Butter. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip, set aside. Mix Vanilla pudding with milk in separate bowl and blend until soft set. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. Mix pudding with cream cheese & butter mixture.

Topping & Bottom:
Crush whole cookies in blender or food processor. Pour 1/2 on bottom of 13x9 pan. Pour cream cheese/pudding mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.

Chill 4 hours before serving.
