2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts ( if you like more chicken, add more)
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp curry powder (optional)
1 Tblsp lemon juice
8 oz or 1/2 cup dried herb dressing mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Mix together mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder. Toss stuffing with melted butter or margarine, mix well. Grease baking dish. Place a layer of chicken, and then a layer of broccoli, and a layer of liquid. Repeat once more. Top with herb stuffing. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350.

This can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated overnight, if desired.
