3 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup ground soda crackers (about 18)
1/2 cup ground walnuts
Small tub of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foaming peaks, fold in sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Add nuts and crackers. Place in large creased pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, cool and chill and then top with cool whip.
