1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs at room temp

Premade vanilla pudding, whip cream or other mixture.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add flour and salt all at once. Beat vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, beating with ixer until smooth and glossy. Drop 1/4 cup fulls 2" apart on a cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree over for 35-40 min. Cool, and cut tops. Spoon out soft dough from inside. Fill with cream, pudding or other mixture.
