1 cup butter ¾ cup brown sugar ¾ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 2½ sifted self rising flour 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla beating well. Add sifted flour and nuts; mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 º about 10 minutes or until delicately browned. Be careful these burn easily.
