1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking power
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup brown sugar plus 2 Tbsp
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup shredded coconut
6 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and 2 Tbsp brown sugar, cut in butter until mix is crumbly. Place in the bottom of a greased 8x12 pan, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix remaining dry ingredients. Beat in 2 eggs, vanilla, coconut and chocolate chips.
Spread onto baked crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, cool and cut into bars.
