1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded carrots


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into square greased baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degree oven.


Frosting:
Cream together: 3 oz soft cream cheese, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 tsp vanilla. Add 2 cups powder sugar. Beat until fluffy, then frost cake when cake is cool.
