3 cups grated zucchini
1 large grated onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup oil
salt and pepper
1 cup bisquick
4 beaten eggs
3-4 Tbsp parsley

Combine all ingredients, place in 9x9 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
