2 C peels, sliced apples
C water
1 T lemon juice
C uncooked oatmeal
2 T flour
C brown sugar
t salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 8x8 baking dish. Arrange apples in bottom of dish. Add water. In a separate bowl, mix together all the other ingredients (adding butter last). Stir until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake 30 minutes.
