3-4 lbs pork shoulder roast
3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
⅓ cup liquid smoke
1 (16-20 oz) bottle bbq sauce
6-8 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Combine paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard and liquid smoke in a small bowl. Rub all over the roast, covering all sides and place in slow cooker. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or HIGH 5-6 hours. Shred meat in slow cooker when finished cooking and stir in a bottle of BBQ sauce until well combined. Serve on buns.
