2 cups flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
tsp baking powder
⅓ cup oil
1 egg
Buttermilk - enough to make batter pour nicely

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, egg and then enough buttermilk to make batter pour nicely and make hotcakes the desired consistency. Cook on hot griddle.
