1½ cup Bisquick
1 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
¼ cup maple syrup
1½ cup shredded cheese
12 slices bacon - cooked until crisp
Directions:
Directions:
Beat Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and ½ cup cheese until smooth. Bake uncovered in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan until toothpick comes out clean; about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of cheese and crumbled cooked bacon. Bake uncovered until the cheese melts. Serve with syrup.
