1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage, browned and drained
2½ cups Bisquick
1 stick butter, melted
¼ cup boiling water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup half & half
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in frying pan and drain on a paper towel. Combine Bisquick, water and butter together. Stir well. Spread dough into greased 9x13 pan. Spoon sausage over crust. Combine egg and half & half together, then pour over the sausage. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over casserole and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.

I received this recipe in college. Mom and my sisters made this for our wedding rehearsal brunch. :) I still make the casserole quite often.
