1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
zest of 1 orange
juice of 1 orange
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
4 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
2 pints blueberries
2 cups red grapes, halved
2 cups green grapes, halved
fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place the sugar, water, orange zest and juice, vanilla, and optional cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow mixture to slightly thicken. Set aside to cool, then store in fridge until cold.

Mix together all the prepared fruit in a large bowl. Pour chilled syrup over the top and stir gently to coat. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
