1 pkg (8 oz.) brick of cream cheese, softened
36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
4 pkg. (4 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended. Shape into 48 (1 inch) balls. Freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

These can be coated with white or chocolate melted Baking Chocolate. I reserve a little bit of the cookie mixture to crumble on top as soon as they are dipped in the chocolate. They look so good, and they taste even better.
