Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag of microwave popcorn, popped
½ (8-oz) pkg almond bark (white chocolate)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread popcorn out onto a few sheets of waxed paper. Remove any uncooked kernels.

Place almond bark in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until bark is melted, about 5 minutes.

Drizzle the melted almond bark over the popcorn; mix to coat evenly. Let bark dry, about 30 minutes.

NOTES:
You can add slivered almonds to the popcorn prior to coating with the almond bark for an added touch. YUM!

Another alternate recipe is to substitute puff popcorn in place of microwave popcorn.

I prefer Candiquik over most barks or chips.
