2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 can crushed Pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut


Icing:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 c. Powder Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Ctn. 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together with baking soda and stir. Add 2 eggs, pineapple with juice mix, then stir in nuts and coconut. Pour into 8 in. pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

Icing:
Mix cream cheese and powder sugar and butter together, when creamed add vanilla. Now fold in whip cream. Ice cake and garnish with coconut and nuts.

I know that the name of the recipe is spelled wrong but that is the way she spelled it and I am leaving it the way she wrote
