1/4 C egg whites (about 2 eggs)
1/4 C white corn syrup
2 T water
1 t vanilla

in a small pan add sugar, corn syrup and water, boil until smooth
beat eggs until they form stiff peaks in a bowl
pour syrup mixture over egg whites slowly
beat until stiff
fold in vanilla
