1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 5), cubed to equal 4 cups
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or Regular Mayo with no paprika
1/4-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar - more or less to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain. Cool.

Place potatoes in large bowl. Add onions and green peppers; mix lightly. In a separate bowl, mix miracle whip salad dressing, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Pour over potato mixture and toss to evenly coat.

Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
