1 egg white
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. allspice
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cloves
sugar
4 c. pecans (or other nuts can be used)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with 2 tbsp. cold water until soft peaks form. Use a spatula to mix in spices and add nuts until all nuts are covered in egg whites. Spread on greased baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake at 275º - 40 minutes. Keep in tightly closed container.
