Ingredients: ***Dressing*** 1/4 cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil or olive oil 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 flavor packet from the ramen noodles Salt and black pepper to taste
***Salad*** 2 halves grilled chicken breasts (cooked and shredded or diced) 1/2 head cabbage 1 medium carrot- grated 2 green onions 2 package Ramen noodles (vegetable or chicken flavored) 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted) 1/4 cup sliced almonds- toasted

Directions:Combine dressing ingredients; mix well and chill.
Crumble dry noodles while in package. Brown noodles in 3/4 tablespoon hot oil and then add almonds and sesame seeds until all are toasted. Cool and add cabbage, chicken, green onions and carrots. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Chill and let it marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours before serving. |
