1 lb. grated cheddar cheese (I use medium instead of sharp)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small onion finely grated
white pepper
dash of cayenne

Mix all ingredients and shape in round log. Place strawberry preserves in the center.
