1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveta cheese

optional: one can green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté sausage and ground beef and pour off all grease and drain. Add 1 can tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until juice is absorbed. Melt 1 lb. of Velveta cheese and mix all together and serve hot with scooper corn chips, Fritos or Ritz crackers.

If you don't want to use Velveta Cheese, substitute 16 oz. cream cheese or 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese.
