1 head lettuce, romaine or spinach
1 red pepper
2 large carrots
1 bunch green onions
1 package frozen peas
lb. bacon
4 oz. cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 c. mayonaise
⅓ c. yogurt
c. parsley
1 tbsp. chives
tspn. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop each ingredient and add in layers to casserole dish or glass salad bowl starting with lettuce. Spread dressing on top and refrigerate overnight.
