1 lb. lean stew meat or round steak
1 large green or red bell pepper
1 large onion
1 can green chilies
garlic
salt and pepper
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
12 flour tortillas

Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ste meat in bite size pieces - brown in very little oil. As meat is browning add chopped bell pepper and onion as you cut them up. Cook about 15 minutes and add tomatoes and green chilies. Simmer slowly another 25-30 minutes until liquid is evaporated. If any juice remains, add a tspn, of flour and stir into juice just before serving. Add salt and pepper. Wrap into flour tortilla with cheese. Can add sour cream, picante sauce and avocado if desired.
