Cherry Cheescake Brownies Recipe

9" x 13" brownie mix

Cheesecake topping:
2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 (20 ounce) cherry pie filling

Spread brownie mix in bottom of 9" x 13" prepared pan. Drop cheesecake mixture on top followed by pie filling. Run a knife through the top giving it a marbled look.

Cheese cake toppiing: Beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes until cheesecake starts to turn lightly brown on the edges. It will still jiggle a bit. Cool completely and chill and chill 4 hours before cutting.

Brownie recipe if not using boxed:
1 cup butter
6 ounce unsweetened chocolate
melt in microwave 30 seconds
Stir in:
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
Mix until corporated
