2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 lb of ground beef
hand full of parmesan cheese
Few branches of fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves of minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
beat egg, mix in all other ingredients.
Form into 2" balls
Place in deep dish with 1/2" gap between each meat ball
Bake for 30 min.
remove from oven and cover with Sergio's Pasta Sauce
