1 lb. of Spinach

1 lb. of Ground Turkey

4 cloves of finely chopped Garlic

1/4 c. of Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp. of Basil chiffonade

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 finely chopped red chili

1/2-1 c. of Bread crumbs

1/2 c. of Whole wheat flour

Olive Oil as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop spinach roughly and then sauté in a little olive oil to wilt. Drain well on paper towels.

2. Place in a bowl with everything else except the olive oil. Mix together. If too wet, add more bread crumbs.

3. Roll meatballs in flour before browning off.

4. Heat a sauté pan and add olive oil. Test 1 meatball for easoning and then make the rest. Sauté until nice and brown. Place on a pan and finish in the oven at 400 Farenheit 10-15 minutes.
