1 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. butter
1 lb. smoked sausage cut into 1/4" inch slices
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add butter and olive oil until melted.
Add sausage and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli; cover; reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes more.
Add cooked rice, garlic powder, and onion salt.
Stir well.
Add shredded cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
