2 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 1/2 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Quick Oatmeal
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add your soften butter, Oil, sugars, egg and vanilla flavoring together and mix until creamy. Gradually add your flour until it is all mixed in. Next you would add your coconut, mix it in, then the corn flakes, then the pecans. After everything is blended in you will drop the cookie dough by spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet and bake them at 325 degrees until done.
