2 c. milk
1 c. flour
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Melt cube butter in cast iron pan or oven safe large casserole dish. Mix eggs and milk and beat well with mixer. Add flour, salt and sugar. Bake at 450 - 20 minutes.

This baked pancake will come out of the oven very puffy. Cut into pieces and serve immediately with powdered sugar and syrup. Jam, blueberries or baked apples are a nice addition as topping.
