1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1/4 c. soy flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. mashed banana
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream honey & butter. Beat in eggs & set aside. Combine flour, soda, powder & cinnamon. Add to honey mixture along with bananas. Stir in raisins & carrots. Pour into well-buttered 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Watch closely toward the end. Let stand 10 min., then remove from pan.
