3 cups sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup Half & Half cream
1 stick of butter
1 cup of dark brown sugar
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients with half stick of butter. Whip with mixer to remove any strings from potatoes. Butter bottom and sides of casserole dish. Pour potato mixture into a casserole dish, then combine the rest of the ingredients to make the topping. Mix butter brown sugar and self-rising flour until it is crumbly, then add chopped pecans; spread mixture over top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-to 45 minutes until bubbly and browning on top.
