2 tbsp. flour
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt
˝ tsp. paprika
˝ tsp. black pepper
5-6 pieces boned chicken thighs or breast
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
˝ c. sherry wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Flour chicken and cook over moderate heat in butter, oil, marinade and garlic. Add mushrooms and sauté. Add sherry wine and cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup and artichokes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
