Ingredients:  
1 large cream cheese
1 jar dried beef (rinse with hot water)
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. milk
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:

Mix together. cover with walnuts or pecans. Bake 350º - 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
