1/2 eggshell filled with Water
Dash of Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Add additional flour or water to make a dough that can be rolled out. Cut into strips to make noodles. Allow noodles to dry overnight.

Our Mom, Bernice Plunkett Jorae would hang her noodles over the backs of the dining room chairs and with more on hangers. She would make them early morning to have for supper to put in the broth from cooking heart and tongue. She would repeat this recipe a few times until she had enough for us
