1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 head lettuce (shredded)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup cheddar (grated)
Ranch salad dressing
1 bag of nacho chips (broken)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan brown the beef until cooked. Drain off fat. Stir in the taco mix and water. Simmer 10 minutes then set aside to cool. Mix the lettuce and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Mix in the cold beef and the cheese. Just before serving add the ranch dressing and nacho chips.
