3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
dash of salt
1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts

Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
2 TBS butter
Enough orange juice concentrate to make frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter, and sugar. Add beaten egg and carrots. Add dry ingredients. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min. at 350
