Shortening
Flour
Canola or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of shortening, oil, and flour.
Stir until smooth.
Keep covered in refrigerator.
When you need to grease a pan, use a pastry brush, dip it into this mixture, and coat your pan with it.
It works great to keep your cakes, breads, etc. from sticking.

*this will keep for months
