1 C. long grain white rice
2 C. water
1 stick margarine
2 quarts milk
4 Eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 C sugar
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in 2 C water until water is fully absorbed

In a microwave safe dish add margarine, milk and cooked rice, microwave for 30 minutes, stir
microwave an additional 30 minutes

In a blender, add eggs, vanilla and sugar, blend well

Fold egg mixture into cooked rice, sprinkle with nutmeg

let cool, refrigerate
