1 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 diced onions
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can bean sprouts
1 small can Chinese noodles

Cook hamburger, onion and celery for 5 minutes.
Add soups, water, soy sauce and rice and mix well.
Put bean sprouts in baking dish. pour cooked mixture over sprouts. over and bake 1/2 hour at 350. Add Chinese noodles bake 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
