2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 TBS tender quick salt

Smoked:
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 TBS tender quick salt
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c. water
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well form 2 rolls in foil-- foil ends.
Refrigerate 24 hours. Put in pan covered with water and boil 60 min or bake 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Punch holes and drain. Re-wrap and refrigerate.
