3 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. Greek yogurt
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
3 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the cucumbers, yogurt, dill, vinegar and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss to combine
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

TIP:

Make this sale the night before -- it's even better than martinating.
