1 Large Head of Cabbage
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 Medium Purple Onions
1 Medium Jar Pimentos

1 Cup Salad Oil
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup White Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Celery Seed

Shred the cabbage
Thinly slice the pepper and onions
Drain the pimentos

Place in the bowl together--Do not Stir!

Boil all the ingredients for the dressing for 2 minutes.

Pour the hot dressing over the vegetables, cover tightly, refrigerate several hours or overnight.
